It won't happen overnight, but if the Antlers plan to turn things around it will have to start day one. Quarterback John Poe will lead the offense and rely on Chandon Draper to run routes and tote the rock. Taylor Thatcher is a reliable receiver for Poe, who expects a better offense and a better season.
