The Kingston Redskins are back on the field after ending 2013 by hosting their first playoff game in over two decades.

"The home playoff game made us learn. We know what's out there now, and where we need to strengthen our line and strengthen our offense and defense. What we can and can't do against other teams," said offensive tackle Danny Davidson.

The Redskins have improved considerably these past couple of seasons, even more so than they might have anticipated.

"Every goal that we have set the past three years we have obtained, so I'm going to have to do a better job of setting our goals even higher," said head coach John Caraway.

And this season, they'd like to make a real statement.

"Every time we meet a goal, our expectations grow higher, and sky's the limit right now. There's so much talent on the field, especially returning talent, which is good. We're looking to get better this year," said defensive back Joseph Moreno.
