Lakers go up 3-1 in NBA Finals

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Kobe Bryant had the most points, but Derek Fisher hit the biggest baskets as the Los Angeles Lakers pulled within one victory of their 15th NBA championship.

Fisher drained a pair of huge three-pointers as the Los Angeles Lakers knocked off the Orlando Magic 99-91 in overtime. Fisher tied the game by hitting a three with 4.6 seconds left in regulation and drained another to put the Lakers ahead 94-91 with 31.3 seconds remaining.

Bryant finished with 32 points, eight assists and seven rebounds for the Lakers, who also beat the Magic in overtime to take Game 2.

Dwight Howard had 16 points, 21 rebounds and a finals-record nine blocked shots, but he was just 6 of 14 from the free throw line as the Magic failed to put away the game in regulation.

It's the first time an NBA Finals has had two overtime games since the Lakers lost a seven-game series to Boston in 1984.

Game 5 is Sunday at Orlando.
