Wilson impressive as starter for Rangers

Texas Rangers closer-turned-starter C.J. Wilson is ready for his first regular-season start since his rookie season five years ago.
Wilson threw five no-hit innings with four strikeouts in the
left-hander's final spring training tuneup Friday night to help
Texas beat the Kansas City Royals 2-1 at Rangers Ballpark.
David Murphy hit a two-run homer for the Texas in the seventh
off Joakim Soria, three innings after knocking Royals starter Luke
Hochevar out of the game with a hard hit up the middle.
Hochevar didn't return for the start of the fifth after a ball
hit by Murphy ricocheted off his left ankle ending the fourth. The
ball rolled toward first baseman Billy Butler, who picked it up and
tagged Murphy for the third out.
The Royals said Hochevar had a bruised left ankle.
