Cowboys coach says Spencer played as well as anyone

The Dallas Cowboys now have two dominant outside linebackers.
While sacks leader DeMarcus Ware has been to four consecutive
Pro Bowls, coach Wade Phillips says Anthony Spencer, the linebacker
on the other side, played as well as anybody he's been around the
second half of last season.
Spencer didn't have a sack until the 11th game last season, but
then had had six in the last six regular season games and added one
in each of the Cowboys' two playoff games. He had 77 tackles in
those same games.
Ware says Spencer is starting off in camp where he left off last
season when the 2007 first-round pick finally became a full-time
starter.
Spencer, though, says he still feels like he has "got a long
way to go."
