Westbrook propels Thunder past Grizzlies 116-100

Russell Westbrook scored 27 points and Kevin Durant added 18 to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 116-100 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night.

Reserve guard Jeremy Lamb added a career-high 18 points to help the Thunder to their fourth straight win and 12th in 13 games. Neither Westbrook nor Durant played in the fourth quarter as the Thunder maintained double-digit leads throughout the final period.

Mike Conley had 20 points for the Grizzlies and Zach Randolph and reserve Jon Leuer each scored 17.

Memphis ended a season-long six-game homestand with the loss.

The Thunder shot 50 percent in the first half with Durant (16) and Westbrook (15) combining for 31 points.
