Nicole Holt joined the KXII news team as a reporter for First News AM in September of 2006. Nicole began her career as an Assignment Editor at KLRT Fox 16 in Little Rock, Arkansas. There she produced Neighborhood Health, a weekly health segment and filled-in as anchor for the stations web newscast, NowCast. Nicole also had the opportunity to field produce several stories including former President Bill Clinton’s visit to the Natural State as well as Arkansas Lt. Governor Win Rockefeller’s funeral. A Northern Kentucky native, Nicole moved to Arkansas to attend the University of Central Arkansas where she graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. While in school, she interned with KATV, Channel 7 News in Little Rock, Arkansas, and WAFB, Channel 9 News in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. When not at work, Nicole enjoys hanging out with friends, shopping, reading and traveling. If you have a story idea, she would love to hear it!
