Sherman councilman pleads guilty to DWI charges

ARDMORE, Okla. -- An accident Thursday night left one person dead and another in custody.
Authorities say it happened on veterans and industrial near the Valero Plant just after eleven o’clock Thursday night.
Ardmore Police are still investigating how the accident happened involving a car and truck, but police say Danielle Moose, 19, was the passenger killed when the car she was riding in was hit by Jimmy Tynes, 26, whom police say was drunk.
Tynes is in the Carter County Jail facing first degree manslaughter charges. Police reports say Tynes had a .13 blood alcohol content level. The legal limit in Oklahoma is .08.
