VAN ALSTYNE, Tex. -- One passenger has been released from a Dallas hospital after a fatal accident over the weekend. Van Alstyne Police say it happened Saturday evening at the FM 121 exit along U.S. Highway 75.
Two cars were traveling at high speeds when one swerved in front of the other. Justin Easley, 18, of Denison was killed when he was ejected from his vehicle.
One passenger remains in a Dallas hospital as of Monday evening. Another passenger was treated and released.

GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- One person is dead and several more injured after an accident on northbound Highway 75 just before the FM 121 exit in Van Alstyne.
It happened at 7:18 Saturday night and authorities say two cars were traveling at a high rate of speed when one of them cut in front of the other, spinning one of the vehicles out of control.
One of the passengers was ejected and was pronounced dead on the scene. The two others in the car were flown to Parkland Hospital in Dallas for severe injuries and are listed in critical condition.
Authorities say the passengers in each of the cars were yelling at each other as they were traveling down the road.
Van Alstyne Police need your help looking for the other car involved. Witnesses describe the vehicle as a silver or black Silverado pick-up truck. If you have any information on the accident you are asked to call the Van Alstyne Police Department at 903-482-5251.
