FANNIN COUNTY, Tex. -- A Leonard man standing trial on multiple sexual assault charges was found guilty over weekend on all eight counts.
Tommy Lloyd Prater, 41, was sentenced to life in prison for aggravated sexual assault stemming back to august of 2006.
Prater was also found guilty on seven other counts of assault and indecency with children, some of which were members of his own family.
The judge in the case stacked the charges. Prater won't be eligible for parole until he has served 100 years in prison.
