SHERMAN, Tex. -- The families of the victims of one ofthe worst accidents in Grayson County history have settled their lawsuit against truck driver Miroslaw Jozwiak and the company he worked for after he slammed into two cars along U.S. Highway 75 in Sherman in a 2005 accident that killed 10 people and injured two others.

Attorneys for the victims' families say loved ones shouldn't have to relive the tragic details of the accident during a trial.

There is no word the exact details of the settlement at this time.

Jury selection was supposed to begin on Monday in U.S. District Court.

Jozwiak was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to 10 counts of manslaughter.
