Man who fraudulently used credit card in Ardmore now in custody

ARDMORE, Okla. -- Authorities say Maurice Obie Dixon, 46, of Lancaster, Texas, pled guilty to possession of fifteen or more counterfeit access devices.

One of those fraudulent credit cards had been used at the Days Inn in Ardmore, where authorities found Dixon and another man.

Dixon is currently in custody. He faces up to ten years in prison and/or fines of up to $250,000.

    He should get 10 years for each counterfeit access device, plus repay the victims for their losses.
