Police investigating death after gun shots fired in Davis neighborhood

LOVE COUNTY, OK -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is saying the man who was run over and killed yesterday on Interstate 35 fell out of his vehicle.
OHP troopers say 50-year old Paul Apgar opened up the passenger door of a 1998 Saturn and fell out. That’s when he was run over by a tractor trailer.
The accident happened at mile marker 3 near Winstar Casinos.
Troopers are still investigating why Apgar fell out from the car he was riding in.
