ARDMORE, Okla. -- Ardmore Police are saying some stolen property was unintentionally sold by a second hand computer store. Now authorities are asking for those items to be returned.
Police say this past week two laptop computers were stolen, one during an auto burglary at Mountain View Mall and another from a local rental company.
Ardmore Police say they have one suspect in custody. Marcus Hain, 25, was arrested on Thursday.
Investigators are saying a Dell and Acer laptop were sold to a second-hand computer store, which were then sold to customers.
Authorities tell us the computers have been entered into the NCIC system, and they are asking those who have purchased the laptops to call the Ardmore Police Department.
