WYNNEWOOD, Okla. -- Authorities say a Wynnewood woman was hit and killed by a train while she stood in on the railroad tracks.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Latonya Daniels, 38, was standing on the tracks just north of Wynnewood just before midnight Wednesday when she was hit by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe train.

Troopers say Daniels was dead at the scene.
