Durant, OK. A domestic dispute in Bryan County Saturday morning, quickly turns into a standoff.
The dispute began around 7 a.m. at the Crescent Creek Apartments in Durant. Officers arrived on scene to find 32-year-old Christopher Boley barricaded inside his apartment cutting himself with a knife. Officers quickly began negotiations, but Boley threatened to stab himself and cut anyone who entered the apartment.
The Durant Police Department then forced entry into the home, using less than lethal rounds to disarm them man. Boley was then committed to a mental health hospital on an emergency order. No one else was injured in the dispute.
