FANNIN COUNTY, Tex. -- An Abilene man is in the Fannin County Jail on Wednesday after an incident involving a child in Leonard last Friday.

Thomas Wayne Walks, 20, is charged with attempted abduction of a little girl at a Leonard-Blue Ridge football game Friday night.

Officials say they were told of the incident at the end of the game and located Walks fifteen minutes later on Travis Street.

Officials also say that other charges against Walks could come in the next couple of weeks.

See all kids should be watched very carefully while at a game or any where else for that matter and this man needs to be thrown in prison and let him get molested
