GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- County officials were busy Thursday selling off county property and a whole lot of junk at the annual Grayson County Auction.
Precinct Two Commissioner David Whitlock presided for the auction held at the Precinct One Barn in Sherman. Officials sold off everything from examining beds to paper shredders.
Officials say Texas Law requires all counties to sell off county property, and if it’s not sold then all the junk will head to a dumpsite.
The auction wrapped up Thursday afternoon.
