SHERMAN, TX -- A number of retailers are already looking past the dinner table and football and getting set for the biggest shopping day of the year. Mystic Matthews talked to some retailers about the expected rush on “Black Friday”.

It’s the day before Thanksgiving, which means two days before "Black Friday," but retailers say they are ready for the rush.

We went to Best Buy and Wal-Mart just to see what they are doing to prepare for the rush, and managers at both places told us they are organized, stocked up, and as prepared as they can be with extra personnel on hand.

No one could really tell us the one big ticket item for this year, but as usual, retailers say electronics and toys will be the first off the shelves.

"It’s pretty much all hands on deck on Friday. With massive amounts of customers, we have every associate working to give best possible service we can,” Wal-Mart store manager Bryan Lambert said.

If you want to grab the best deals, plan to get up extremely early on Friday. Most places will be opening up between 4 and 6 a.m.

Shopping starting at midnight? Stores open at 4:00 am? All these idiots fighting for gifts? People have lost their minds.

I have never done the after Thanksgiving sale before. So last year for the first time I went. And let me tell you this...it was the most horrible experience I have ever been though in my entire life. People where hateful, rude, loud and in general just over all horrible. I still can not believe that grow people act like that. They were worst than kids. Grown men and woman were pushing, fighting and shoving and over what? It's just stuff... and the savings were not all that great either (i saved a whole $20). Not for what all I went though. So you know what I you can count me out this year. And yes I will pay full cost..I don't mind. Ay least I will have peace of mind.
