Ardmore shooting suspect’s court date postponed

ARDMORE, OK -- A man accused of murder in was scheduled to appear in a Carter County courtroom Monday afternoon, but the proceedings never took place.

Darrell Madden has been in the Carter County Jail for the past week and was supposed to make his first appearance in front of a judge.

He stands accused of killing of Bradley Qualls in Ardmore on November 6th.

The reason for the postponement is not yet known, and no make-up date has been scheduled.

Madden is also being investigated for another murder near Oklahoma City.

    Lock him up and give him the Death Penalty if found guilty.
