SHERMAN, Tex. -- There is more news at Community Specialty Hospital. Julie Ellis Starr, the president of the board of directors for Community Specialty Hospital, says they are still working on trying to re-open.

Starr says they have nine companies looking into taking over, but there are other issues, like debt, that has to be taken care of first.

Starr also says they are hoping to be open in the next two to three months.

She says it may not happen, but they are working diligently toward it.

Wooops - I think I just posted a comment ACCIDENTALLY to this story, when I actually wanted to commend Emi Fitzgerald's Salvadoran documentary story last night (about Rufina Amaya and the El Mozote massacre). Apologies....

This is one of the most accurate tv stories about El Mozote many of us who volunteer there have ever seen on a United States telecast. Friends from around th Americas have been emailing me the link to this story all day. Congratulations - and boundless thanks to Emi for "getting it," and then having the art and commitment to know how to express the heart, soul and facts of the story to viewers.
