1 injured in Marshall Co. accident

MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. -- One person was airlifted to an Oklahoma City hospital because of a late-night accident on Wednesday.

The accident happened just after eleven o'clock Wednesday night on Alberta Creek Road. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Michael Steen, 36, was driving his truck south on Alberta Creek Road when he failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road, and hit a tree.

Steen was airlifted to OU Medical Center with leg and head injuries.

    The driver was drunk is the reason he crashed the truck.
