Thousand of credit card users across the country could be eligible for a refund. A class action lawsuit involves Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club cards that were used to make purchases overseas.
The suit alleges the companies concealed certain fees. Attorneys say those fees that were then lost in the currency conversion rates. If you made a foreign transaction between February 1, 1996 and November 8, 2006, you could take part in a settlement worth a total of $336 million.
