SHERMAN, Tex. -- Sherman Police say a graffiti artist could be charged with serious crimes after someone spray painted a home and two fences in one Sherman neighborhood.
One Sherman house and two fences were spray painted, one with the words "South Blood". The words are smeared now because the homeowner has been trying to clean it up.
A police report states, three properties, two fences, and one house were spray painted. All of the affected properties are within three blocks of each other.
Police say they do not know whether or not this is gang activity but they will prosecute whoever is responsible.
Diana Evans lives in one of the spray-painted houses. She says no matter whom spray painted graffiti on the side of her house she wants it taken care of.
"If it’s kids, whoever the parents are need to put stop to it. Writing on side of someone's house is not acceptable."
Diana says she will be watching to make sure no one comes back and does it again.
