GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- A Grayson County man accused of setting fire to his own home has been indicted.

Johnny Henderson, 45, of Preston, was arrested in October 2007 after fire officials say he set his house on fire.

At the time, his mother called 911, saying her son assaulted her and then tried to commit suicide by burning the house down.

He was later found alive in McKinney. Henderson has been in custody since the incident. The house was destroyed by the fire.
