GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- A sex-offender who failed to register his new address has been indicted in Grayson County. John Herndon, 29, was charged with aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child in Collin County in February of 2007. In March, Herndon moved to Grayson County.

Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown says Herndon failed to keep a valid identification card (his license was suspended), which is a rule as a registered sex offender.

Herndon is already behind bars serving a ten-year sentence after Collin County authorities revoked his probation for possible drug use.

I'm sorry but anyone who molests a child is SICK in my mind. This guy shouldn't have even been out and now he has a drug charge and he didn't register. So, he was probably and more than likely going to do it again.
