DURANT, Okla. -- A Durant man has been arrested on child pornography charges. An arrest affidavit was issued for Timothy J. Ulrich, 34, for several files on his computer showing children performing sexual acts with adults.

The arrest affidavit states the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation received a cyber tip and traced the internet provider to Ulrich’s home in Durant. Ulrich told investigators he lived alone and was the only one to use the computer.

Investigators found several video files on the hard drive of his computer with very explicit file names and content.

Ulrich is expected to be charged with five counts of possession of child pornography.

He has been in my house with me and my children. I would like to know for sure if he is guilty or not? He was never alone with my children and they would tell me anyways, but I would like to know all the same. Will we ever hear any updates? I hate to think I didnt have any better character judgement than that?

TO REPUBLICAN: Have we heard one ounce of admission from the accused? Not yet (at this point). He is not my friend and I don't know the guy. My points about PCs on the Internet are valid. I would think that you would appreciate our right to remain innocent until proven guilty.

From what I have heard and read about from Bryan County,Oklahoma you will probably get pled down to a lesser charge. So sad, but so true.

Anonymous/carrie, you must be this guy's friend. Shame on you for even attempting to defend this child predator. And too, it was ya'lls Senator Gumm down there trying to push a bill through to execute people like this a few years back. He was on TV and everything.

Fry Him? Slow down man. Just because he thinks he was the only one using the computer does not mean someone was not using it remotly to host this material. Almost all Windows PC's have been infected at some point with an exploit that would make the machine available to anyone on the Internet who wanted to abuse it. The only way to really prove him guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt would be if he admitted the act, or if one could prove the PC was never connected to a network, which his ISP has already indicated that this was not this case.
