1 injured in Marshall Co. fire

MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. -- Witnesses say at least one person is injured in a structure fire at residence off Highway 70 just east of Lake Murray State Park.

Marshall County Sheriff's deputies confirm that Life Star has landed at 213 North Pickens Road just south of Highway 70.

At least one person has been severely burned.

Officials say the fire started when a woman left something she was cooking on the stove. She was burned over nearly 25% of her body.

    just hope that the person that was burned in the house fire is doing better since there has not been an update or even the name of the person hurt. kxii we would like to know how this person is doing and what happened to cause this fire. god bless this person.
