The cold weather is here, but it may be getting a lot worse. Ryan Loyd explains when your body begins to react to it how you can keep yourself safe and how people who work outdoors everyday deal with less than ideal temperatures.

Working in the cold can be a painful experience, but many say they actually don't mind it so much, and with the recent sunny but cold weather, working outside hasn't been an all-out bitter experience.

When the temperature gets downright unbearable, your body will let you know.

Make sure you wrap yourself in layers and if you can, take frequent breaks to recover from the cold.

Also make sure you make plans for unexpected situations.

Always plan ahead and play it safe like these guys -- who know just how cold it can get.
