CARTER COUNTY, Okla. -- The man accused of the shooting death of Bradley Qualls will have to wait a few more months until his hearing. Darrell Madden was scheduled to appear in Carter County court Monday morning but his preliminary hearing has been reset for April because of a change in his legal representation.
We were told by court officials madden is now being represented by a court-appointed attorney.
Madden is also facing first degree murder charges for the death of an Edmond man.
His new court date is set for April 16th.
