McCURTAIN COUNTY, Okla. -- Authorities in southeast Oklahoma are turning to the public to help catch a murderer.
Eighteen-year-old Jasmon Howell was shot and killed on September 17 of last year while he sat in his parked car in Idabel. Now, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in Howell’s death.
