ARDMORE, Okla. -- The second man arrested in the Brandi Baird homicide case was set to be in court on Tuesday. Now his conference hearing has been reset.

Nathan Langley was arrested in January at his residence in Healdton for drugs and weapon charges. Investigators say Langley had formed a relationship with Baird prior to her death.

Baird’s body was found behind an oil lease in Healdton in December.

Langley is due back in court March 11.

wouldnt you want the police to find the person responisible for killing one of your family members. If it was your child i belive you would want the guilty person behind bars. We would love for this case to be closed, but we want the person that did this to be behind bars not an innocent person.
