THACKERVILLE, Okla. -- Thackerville city officials have disciplined the town’s police chief for violating police conduct. City officials say this is not the first time the chief has been written up for violating the same rule. Teddy Safo has more.

Chief Julie Buckaloo was reprimanded at last night's city board meeting. City officials say it's the second time in just two months she has been written up for personal use of a city police cruiser.

The Thackerville Board of Trustees voted Thursday night to discipline Chief Buckaloo. We’re told by city officials Buckaloo admit to the incidents during the meeting that she used the police car for personal trips including driving the vehicle to Ardmore and Gainesville.

We tried contacting the city’s mayor, John Ullman, who happens to be Chief Buckaloo’s father, for any comment regarding this matter, but he declined to speak on camera.

Mayor Ullman did tell us off camera if Chief Buckaloo is written up again, she could lose her job.
