SHERMAN, Tex. -- Police are looking into a case of shots fired in a Sherman neighborhood early Tuesday morning.

It happened around 12:30 Tuesday morning in the 800 block of South Vaden Street.

Authorities say four shots were fired at a house, and a witness told police they saw a white car leaving the scene.

No one was injured in the shooting, and so far no arrests have been made.

heather, come on are freaking out over nothing. Shots were fired at one paticular house, not up and down the street. And it was 12:00am not 12:00 pm when people would be outside. And also a bit of info for you....dont always believe what you hear or read. yea i take the story personal to but not because i have family near by but because i had family there in the house.

NO. My comment was on this story. This story is very personal to me and I'm taking this very seriously. If shots were fired near your family, I'd hope you would be concerned too. The story in Pottsboro is none of my business, and if I posted a comment there, it was because the media was slow getting to this story.

I don't understand why you haven't posted my comment. I didn't cuss, or call anyone names...I'm just concerned about this story because I have elderly relatives who have to live on this street. They've worked hard all their lives, and don't deserve to be caught in the middle of a shootout.
