GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- Updating a story we first brought you back in November when a $600,000-boat was stolen from a Pottsboro business, surveillance video shows two people taking off with the 43-foot boat from Dereberry Marine.

Those two have been identified as Dianna Darby, of Lake Kiowa, and Jeff Murray of California. Authorities say Murray was picked up in Maryland on a Grayson County arrest warrant. He was in Maryland delivering a boat or car. Murray is en route back to Grayson County right now for arraignment.

Sergeant Rickey Wheeler of the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office says once he arrives they hope to find out exactly what happened.

"What he is claiming at this time is that he took the boat as a repossession. Although we know that people that deal in repossessions don't go about it they way that he did," Sgt. Wheeler said.

The boat has not been recovered.

Its called cutting a deal..."turning states evidence" Dianna Darby &"repo man"have long time relationship since she's a California original. Most repo men show up with paperwork NOT a lady with bologna in her purse and lock cutters. Did we mention of her claim to having a relationship with a Cooke County judge that also gained her a ranch tho she wasnt married and he was awarded a commercial vehicle that had been repo'd and resold a year prior to the Crooked Cooke County Judge awarding it to the ex boyfriend. Dianna Darby had underthe table legal protection thats why she could be an accomplice serving NO TIME FOR THEFT!
