JOHNSTON COUNTY, Okla.-- A fatal accident in Johnston County leaves a pedestrian dead. It happened two miles north of Filmore on a county road.

Troopers say 36-year-old Jimmy Carl Green was driving his Chevy pickup when the truck swerved on and off the road into some trees. Troopers say the pedestrian, 46-year-old Johnny Lee Elder, was found dead in the woods.

Troopers also say the two were arguing before the incident. Troopers are still investigating to see if the truck hit Elder and if that's what caused his death.

Green was uninjured. No word if any charges will be filed.
