CARTER COUNTY, Okla. -- A rollover accident leaves a Sulphur man dead. It happened around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday on US 177 about 8 miles north of Dickson.
OHP Troopers say Harris C. Hutchins, 49, was driving his Chevy Blazer north on US 177 when he ran off the road, overcorrected, and rolled about three times.
Hutchins was pinned for about two hours and died at the scene. Troopers are investigating the cause of that accident.
US 177 was shut down from SH 53 to the Murray County line for a short time Thursday afternoon. It has since been reopened.
