ARDMORE, Okla. -- More details emerged Tuesday in the case against Deondrae Maytubby.
Maytubby officially pleaded guilty to first degree manslaughter charges Tuesday morning in exchange for a recommended sentence of ten years in prison. His attorneys are asking for four years.
Maytubby and another man, Jason Scallion, have admitted to the 2007 beating death of an Ardmore man, Steven Goddard.
Maytubby and Scallion will be sentenced in April.
