Ardmore, OK -- Ardmore Police arrested a Tishomingo man over the weekend after witnesses say he rammed another car near Walker Park.

53-year-old Perry Starnes was taken into custody Saturday afternoon. He told police that he was trying to buy crack cocaine from a man in another car. He said he handed over his $200 but says the alleged 'dealer' pocketed the case and drove off.

By the time police arrived the alleged dealer had taken off on foot. We're told Starnes has yet to get his money back.

Well, at least he was honest. I bet the dealer never expected him to snitch on him though.
