BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. -- Harry Calvin Sterling, who police say kidnapped his girlfriend several times in Bryan County, has pleaded guilty and been sentenced.

Police say Harry Calvin sterling kidnapped his ex-girlfriend three times last fall, but Sterling's family said the meetings were consensual.

Police records show the girl had filed a protective order against him and he violated it. Sterling's case was scheduled to start next week in Bryan County, but he surprised the district attorney by pleading out.

Sterling has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.

My brother is innocent. All he tried to do was help the stupid girl. I saw both sides first hand. Janet has manipulated this whole thing. No one knows how good this girl can lie. No one helped Calvin so to those who thinks he had family help GET REAL!!! Janet is the one who should be going to prison. She set my brother up and he fell for it. He loved her and i just wished he would've chose something better. But all my family can do is pray. What goes around comes around, She will get hers one day. And just so you all will know.. my mom has nothing to do with any decisions that Calvin has made so BACK OFF!

This is Sad. Calvin was a nice guy. He wasn't perfect but he wasn't bad either. Hes so young and had a bright future. He should have stayed at Neo. I wish his mom would have raised him better.
