Gas prices continue to soar across Texoma

GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- $3.85-- That is what you can expect to pay for gasoline throughout the Texoma area Thursday.

In fact, we found three different gas stations throughout Grayson County on Thursday afternoon charging just that, and it won't stop there.

Analysts say if the cost of oil continues to rise, we could pay more than $7 a gallon. Some reports even suggest it could reach the $12-a gallon mark.

We recently added a feature to our web channel to help you find the cheapest gas in Texoma. To see it, check 'Local Gas Prices' at the top right of any page, or click here and enter your ZIP code.

Is the price of gas affecting your holiday weekend plans?

Ok people, griping is spelled GRIPING, not gripping. i.e. "I'm sick of all this griping" or "He was gripping the ski rope tightly". Two different words, two different spellings...Thank you

I don't get it - OPEC says there is no shortage in supply. the refineries are only running at 85% capacity because there is no shortage, yet we are told the reason prices are going up is because of supply??? Sounds like a bunch of BS to me.
