Frontier Days

Video will be available shortly.

MARIETTA, Okla. -- Love County natives are going back to their roots this weekend for the annual Frontier Days celebration.

The event kicks off Friday night with a parade through downtown.

Our cameras caught local vendors setting up to sell everything from hamburgers to hot dogs and funnel cakes.

The next two days are jam-packed with gospel singing, the traditional gunfight, and even a street dance.

"It started 42 years ago, want to carry on that tradition, and we have fun doing it," said Mary Becan, the president of the Marietta Gunfighters Association.

Frontier Days is sponsored by the Marietta Gunfighters Association.
