DURANT -- A suspect in a bizarre kidnapping case in court today stood accused of kidnapping a Bryan County woman, stealing her car, and throwing her in the trunk.
The victim said she woke up in the trunk of her car with duct tape wrapped around her body and head wounds.
On Wednesday, she came face to face with the woman accused of the crime. A judge heard victim Lacy Makke's account of the night back in August of 2006.
Makke says she was drinking alcohol and bought Xanex tablets from Nicole Wright, the suspect.
Makke says she woke up in the trunk of her car, bound and injured.
She says it happened near the ranger station of Lake Texoma near the Roosevelt Bridge.
Wright was in court today and was charged with kidnapping, larceny of an automobile, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Wesley Daniels, Gordon White, and Stephanie Burge were also arrested in connection with the case.
Authorities say Makke was dumped on the side of the road in Garvin County only wearing a t-shirt and had visible head wounds.
One of the men charged in connection with the crime also testified today, saying he was afraid of Nicole Wright.
He said Nicole threatened to shoot Makke if she didn't stop yelling.
