OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - With many portions of Oklahoma dealing with flooding or its aftermath on Monday, Governor Brad Henry and other state officials are preparing to discuss the state's emergency preparation.
The governor called a press conference for 3:45 p.m. at the state Capitol, at which he will address the state's response to the widespread flooding.
Also attending the news conference will be state Environmental Secretary Miles Tolbert and state Department of Emergency Management Director Albert Ashwood.
