JOHNSTON COUNTY, Okla. -- Floodwaters caused some traffic trouble in Johnston County on Tuesday. One lane of Highway 199 west of Ravia was shut down Tuesday morning because debris was obstructing parts of the bridge.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says they reopened the road Tuesday afternoon after clearing trees and trash out of the way.
