SHERMAN -- A Sherman man is in jail after police say he robbed a convenience store and got away with money.

Officers say Colton Franks, 19, robbed the Circle K convenience store at Highway 75 and FM 1417.

The alleged robbery happened at 10:20 Sunday morning. Police say he held a knife to a store clerk's back, got money out of the cash register, and then ran off.

Franks was arrested Sunday afternoon.

Officers expect that Franks will be charged with aggravated robbery

Hang him by his big toes and let the clerk bust him in the rear end for 3 days and then send him to prison to meet BIG BUBU.

I agree Colton needs help. Too bad his family wasn't there for him when he was young and he really needed them. He really does have a great heart for a kid who has been through all that he has.

Death penalty should apply to the criminals that do crimes that are of the ""aggrivated"" nature, especially involving weapons.. my 2 cents
