Some Johnston County residents still without power Wednesday after severe weather

GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- A suspect in a 2004 multiple murder case in McKinney faced a judge on Monday in Sherman.
U.S. Marshals escorted Javier Cortez to a hearing at the federal courthouse annex in Sherman.
Police say four people were shot and killed execution style at a home in McKinney back in March of 2004.
Two other people, Raul Cortez and Eddie Williams, were also arrested on Friday in connection with the case.
No word on when their hearings will be.
