Denison restaurant robbed

DENISON, Tex. -- Police are looking for whoever robbed the Whataburger in Denison early Tuesday morning.

The incident happened around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday in the two-hundred-block of South Austin Avenue in Denison.

The clerk said a Hispanic man walked up to the drive thru with a plastic shopping bag and demanded the money.

The suspect is said to be a Hispanic man in his mid-twenties, around 5’8” to 5’10”, 150 to 170 pounds, wearing tan shorts and a dark shirt last seen running toward Forest Park.
