ARDMORE, Okla. -- The Ardmore Chamber of Commerce welcomed a new business into town Tuesday morning.
Flying J Truck Stop and Country Market Restaurant opened up their doors to the public. The gas station is located off Interstate 35 and Prairie Valley Road.
Company officials say the business will create about 120 jobs and plenty of parking spaces for customers.
"In this area, there hasn't been anything of this size or magnitude. We’re going to have 175 parking spaces for truckers to park in and a place for them to sit down and eat," says general manager Timothy Rabus.
They even gave away $2,000 dollars worth of free gas to their customers.
