Fifth arrest made in Ardmore murder investigation

ARDMORE, Okla. -- A fifth person was arrested Tuesday in the brutal murder of Steven Paul Goddard in Ardmore earlier this month. Ardmore authorities believe Kelly Tucker was an accessory in the murder. Tucker will make her initial court appearance on Wednesday.

Ardmore police say they arrested Kelly Tucker on Tuesday. According to the Carter County District Attorney’s Office, she has set to hear her charges Wednesday afternoon.

Tucker's two sons, Alex and Jason Scallion, are among those accused of attacking Steven Paul Goddard on July 14th. He then died from his injuries the next day.

Tucker is the fifth person arrested in the case.
